Protective Coating 07256 PC Concrete Reapir Epoxy

A (2) component (1.1 ratio), 100% solids, high modulus, structural epoxy paste for anchoring and concrete repair. Resin and hardener are uniformly dispensed from cartridge and mixed through mixing nozzle (included) using a standard caulk gun. Formulated for anchoring threaded rods, bolts, rebar dowels, and smooth dowels into concrete, grout filled block, and unreinforced masonry. Has exceptional strength with a high heat deflection temperature of 134 F. Excellent for filling and repairing cracks in concrete and will not come loose from any cleaned concrete surface. Will hold during expansion and contraction of concrete, for permanent concrete repair. Solvent free, no odor, moisture intensive. Working time 20 minutes at 75 F. Bolt down paint time as little as 4 hours. Can be used as adhesive on wood, metal (all types), glass, brick, block, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, fiberglass, tile, and more in any and all combinations. Tools equipment may be cleaned with denatured alcohol, xylene, or aromatic solvents. Approved by ICC ES Leagcy Report ER 4996, SBCCI Report No. 2055, City of Los Angeles Research Report No. 25265, Miami Dade Product Control: No. 08 0520.10, and Florida DOT Spec 937HVozzles. 250 ml. (8.6 oz.) cartridge comes with 2 nozzles.

SET-XP is a 1:1 two component, 100% solids epoxy-based anchoring adhesive formulated for optimum performance in both cracked and uncracked concrete. SET-XP has been rigorously tested in accordance with ICC-ES AC308 and 2006 IBC requirements and has proven to offer increased reliability in the most adverse conditions, including performance in cracked concrete under static and seismic loading. SET-XP is teal in color in order to be identified as a high performance adhesive for adverse conditions. Resin and hardener are dispensed and mixed simultaneously through the mixing nozzle.
